Abstract

The Nurse is IN is a national nonprofit initiative that empowers nurses to lead community health, education, and advocacy through mobile wellness hubs, leadership bootcamps, and ethical AI integration. This proposal introduces a replicable nonprofit business model designed to help nurses launch their own advocacy offices—combining clinical expertise, adult learning theory, and transparent technology use. By shifting healthcare from politics to practice, The Nurse is IN models open-source leadership and invites nurses to build legacy through service.

Objectives

•           Explore condensed, empowering curricula for leadership and AI literacy
